1. BACKGROUND

1. Why do I deliver PROPOSAL DONATION or PROPOSAL LOAN ?

Because I need funds to build NEW BOARDING,

For this time I make my LIVING ROOM at my home as a classroom.

And I also use a werehouse that belongs to MY BROTHER to be another classroom.

2. How do I convince THE DONORS or THE LENDERS that My Boarding is REAL ?

I convince them with My real profile, complete address and also my real contact, friends, family and neighbors. " I welcome everyone coming to my home ".

3. How much money do I target to collect from DONATION or LOAN ?
I target to collect funds up to $100,000 from many donors and lenders.

4. What needs are to SPEND MONEY $100,000 for ?
The NEEDS are :
1. Buying new land for new building of Non Profit Boarding School with its size 10 hectare in my country.
2. Building new Boarding Completely with some classrooms, office, bathroom, toilet, cooperation, and parking area.
3. Completing facilities inside the building.

7. How am I going to repay LOAN from lenders ?

I am going to repay it twice a year, it means that I repay a half of LOAN after 1 semester/ 6 months with 5% interest.
Then I repay completely after a year with another half of LOAN plus 5% interest again.
If the lender decide the repayment schedules, I will consider and receive it to cooperate well.

8. How does a DONOR or a LENDER to believe me ?
Just come to MY HOME to meet me in real with my family, friends and also neighbors.
